NEMA is governed by a Board of Trustees with the Executive Committee which is headed by the Chairman. NEMA holds Annual General Assembly every year. This is the highest policy making body of the Association. It is made up of all registered members.
NEMA operates basically from her Headquarters office, the Nigeria Centre for Global Harvest situated at 91 Rayfield Road, after PRTV Jos, as well as from her six zonal offices: South-West, South-South, North-Central, North-East, North-West and South-East nationwide, headed by zonal leaders.
The day to day operation of NEMA is directed and led by the Executive Secretary and assisted by a crop of operational staff.
