 Our History NEMI was founded by the Nigeria Evangelical Missions Association (NEMA), a coalition of more than 95 misssion agencies and churches; NEMI is interdenominational and has been training candidates for cross cultural missions since 1986 when it began.
Since inception, NEMI has trained over 400 missionaries from 55 agencies nation wide and are serving God among the unreached within and outside Nigeria. Our Vision NEMI exists to provide practical training in Cross-cultural ministry and skills to those called of God and to facilitate the empowerment of NEMA member Institutions in leadership and manpower development for qualitative missionary thrust within and from Nigeria. Our Goal Our goal is to enroll and train men and women who have been called by the Lord Jesus Christ to serve as missionaries and equip Trainers for effective ministry. Our Philosophy Our basis philosophy of Training is based on an integrated approached with emphasis on character, competence and skill development. Our Campus The Campus is situated in Mista Ali community at the outskirt of Jos in Plateau State. Nigeria. The serenity of the environment provides an atmosphere for learning.
